Are your product self-manufactured?

  • Yes, our products are self-designed and self-manufactured in Indonesia.

The item I want is sold out, will it be available for Pre-Order?

  • We don't do pre-orders unless stated on the product page itself. You can drop your email on that 'sold out item' page or simply keep an eye on our Instagram or reach us on LINE: @kaleastudio  & Whatsapp: +6285723833281 for back in stock news.

Can I add items after I checked out?

  • No, you can't. 



SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Which shipping company do you use?

  • We have always trusted JNE to do our shipments. If you'd like to check the shipping rates you may go to their website. 


Can we GOSEND our orders?

  • Yes, but GOSEND shipping method can only be used if you order through our Whatsapp or Line. All Gojek/Couriers will be ordered buy customers after payment confirmation. 

When will you ship our orders?

  • After we confirm your payment, we must go through the packing and reporting process. All orders before 10 AM will be shipped at the same day, otherwise, it will be shipped no later than the next day.
