Exchange and Returns
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
- To begin your return, contact our customer service via Whatsapp and we will give you a Return Submission Form for you to fill
- Fill in all the details needed in the form and we will review your Return Submission. We will let you know as soon as possible about the status of your Return Submission (Accepted/Declined).
- If your Return Submission is accepted, please send the item(s) to the given adress.
- After we've received the item(s), we will check the item(s) condition. If it meets the Exchange and Returns criteria below, we will proceed the compensation in no longer than 1x24 hours.
*Please note that customer must incur all cost for their refund, Kalëa is not liable for those costs.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
To return your item(s), your merchandise must meet the following criteria:
Not a sale item
Not a customized item
Items must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn.
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date the item is received.
Kalëa will process the compensation the moment we receive the goods back and is following all the above conditions.
Kalëa reserves the right to reject any return/exchange if the returned item does not meet above conditions.
Please note that customers must incur the costs of shipment for their return, and Kalëa is not liable for those costs.
As for exchange, you can only exchange your product with the same product with different size or color. You cannot exchange the item with a different product.
As for returns, we will only refund the cost of the products only. The original shipping fee will not be refunded as it is the customer's responsibility for online shopping
Kalëa does not accept any returns due to any reason regarding the color of the product (we have explained that colors might be slightly different from the picture due to lighting conditions and various screen qualities on different gadgets. Do ask us for raw images before purchasing)
